This guy has lvl 1 platform guns, with maxed hovers, his reso storage amount is max of apx 5-6mil each, so no possible way he should have the hovers. His base is located on Sector 96

This is what happens to hacker's bases.

He's been reported by me, & others. I've requested sector help in keeping him base blocked until he's banned. Please see to it. He's lvl 23 with units he shouldn't have at that level. A handful agree he wouldn't have been able to use coin to get what he has. Thank you for support
